The following 15 terms govern participation in the Double Shopping Benefit Plan (DSBP) offered by VK Furniture & Electronics across all showrooms in Karnataka.

Selection of Monthly Deposit: The Member shall select one fixed monthly payment amount from ₹2,000, ₹3,000, ₹4,000, ₹5,000, ₹7,000, ₹10,000, ₹15,000, ₹20,000, or ₹25,000 and pay the selected amount for 11 consecutive months.

1-Month Company Bonus: Upon timely payment of all 11 monthly payments, the Member shall receive a one-month Bonus equal to one monthly payment. This bonus amount will be added to the member's total amount 30 days after the date of the 11th-month payment. Members also receive an assured welcome gift per company terms upon enrollment.

KYC & Digital Membership: The Member shall provide required personal details, valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN) & photograph & shall receive an official digital membership passbook and member ID number upon enrollment.

Payment Deadline & WhatsApp Confirmation: Each monthly payment shall be paid on or before the 5th of every month to the VK Furniture & Electronics officially designated bank account, official Paytm Payment Gateway, official UPI/QR code, or authorised showroom cash counters. The Member shall share transaction ID and membership details to the designated WhatsApp helpline (+91 7996199666 / 7996399666) for issuance of the official payment acknowledgment receipt.

Authorised Channels Only: VK shall not be responsible for payments made to any unauthorised account, personal unauthorized account, or third party, except as required by law. Always deposit to official SBI Account: 38321701046, official Paytm Gateway, or UPI: 9880226966@sbi.

2X Double Shopping Benefit Redemption: Upon completion of the Plan, the Member may purchase eligible showroom products for a value of up to two (2) times the aggregate of the 11-month payment paid plus the one-month Bonus. The additional purchase value, if availed, can be paid via 6-Month 0% Interest Easy EMI or as a one-time settlement.

Lock-in Period: No product can be claimed before completing 6 months of payments. After completing six (6) monthly payments, the Member may purchase eligible products for a value of up to two (2) times the total amount paid, subject to applicable condition, but shall thereby forfeit the applicable Bonus payment.

Redemption Window & Single Transaction: The purchase shall be completed within two (2) months from the completion of the Plan & after adding of the Bonus. The purchase must be completed in a single transaction. Partial transactions shall not be permitted, subject to applicable law.

Eligible Showroom Merchandise: The benefit shall apply only to products available at VK's authorised showrooms (furniture, sofas, recliners, cots, dining tables, wardrobes, smart 4K TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, and home appliances) forming part of its regular product range, subject to availability.

Excess Value & Credit Appraisal: Any amount exceeding the available purchase benefit may be financed through EMI subject to the Member's CIBIL score eligibility and the finance provider's terms and approval.

Non-Refundable / Non-Encashable: Payments & Bonus shall be used strictly for eligible purchases under the Plan & shall not be encashed, refunded, or transferred, except as required by law or as expressly governed under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Advance Purchase Nature: This is an advance purchase / purchase-benefit plan, and all payments are advance payments towards eligible products of VK Furniture & Electronics ("VK") and shall not constitute a deposit, loan investment, or financial return.

Taxes & Delivery Charges: Applicable taxes (GST) and purchase-related logistics/handling charges shall be borne by the Member.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by Indian law and, subject to any statutory rights or jurisdiction available to the Member, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mangaluru, Karnataka.

Finality of Decision: The organiser's decision regarding scheme operation, eligibility, and fulfillment shall be final.

The 6-month 0% interest EMI is provided exclusively through authorised banking and NBFC partners (Bajaj Finserv, HDFC Bank, TVS Credit, IDFC First Bank, Pine Labs) and is subject to the finance partner's credit guidelines, document verification, and CIBIL score requirements.
